Root Capital Investment manages 100% of members' deposits with our in-house trading team and global asset management partners. We have two in-house trading teams and work with more than 10 global partners who satisfy strict partnership conditions. This diversified approach lowers risk through a portfolio strategy.

As a Host: You will receive a Welcome Referral Reward for every friend successfully referred. Hosts with a referral level of 2 and above will receive the Earn Referral Reward (up to 5% commission).

Level 1: Issued automatically to members with a referral code.
Level 2: Issued to members who have successfully invited at least 10 friends who have met the requirements. Level 2 members receive the Earn Referral Reward.
Level 3: Issued to Level 2 members who have successfully been appointed Root Capital Investment ambassadors.

Frost is the Collectible form of Earn Plus. You need to freeze an Earn Plus product to get a Frost. Frost comes in different shapes and colors depending on the asset type and the amount of cryptocurrency in your Earn Plus lock-up that you froze. There are seven unique Frosts for each asset type.

Crystal is the Collectible reward given to users who have collected a full set of Frosts and completed a Collection.
Crystal has a unique graphic to celebrate each completed Collection.
The Crystal's rewards are:
- Earn Plus earn rate boost
- Earn Explore management fee discount
- Crypto provided in Earn Plus lockup (when melted)

Depending on the frost, you can get a higher yield than the remaining period.

Seller has to convert Earn Plus to Frost to sell on the marketplace.
Melt Frost after purchasing to change Frost into Earn Plus.

Currently, Frosts and Crystals are not NFTs yet since you can't export and trade them on other platforms.
We will support exporting Frosts and Crystals to other platforms in the near future.

We currently only support Visa and Mastercard.

It depends on the currency but you can expect to get your deposit anywhere from 5 minutes to up to 3 hours. You can check your order status in Order History for the latest updates.

Switch will only be available for assets that have not been locked up - meaning you can swap what's in your Haru Wallet.

The service fee is 0.2% to your total Switch amount and is subject of change at the sole discretion of the company.
